Trademark Associate

We are currently looking for a highly motivated individual with an advanced degree in law to join us as a Trademark Associate. The ideal candidate will either be a registered Chinese lawyer with some experience in trademark prosecution, with a strong understanding of trademark law. This position is based out of Intebright’s Shanghai office, where the candidate will be able to take advantage of our permanent hybrid workplace model.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or above, majored in law from a law school; Overseas education or double degree in law and English is preferred;
• Chinese bar admission/patent agent certificate is a plus;
• Excellent Chinese and English language skills, working experience in leading law firms or foreign investment organizations is preferred;
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, teamwork spirit, and stress-tolerant;
• More than 4 years of working experience.
