Ms. Zhang’s practice primarily focuses on all areas of domestic and international trademark, copyrights, unfair competition and trade secrets matters including counseling, prosecution, due diligence and enforcement.  Ms. Zhang handles development and management of worldwide trademark portfolios of both large Chinese companies and brand owners from outside the country.  Meanwhile, Ms. Zhang is experienced in resolving disputes of unfair competition, copyrights, and trade secrets as well in proceedings before both Trademark Review and Adjudication Board and courts.

Ms. Zhang contributes her experience in a broad spectrum of industries, including cosmetic, costume, automobile, green energy, semiconductors, food & beverages, medical devices and financial, retail and other service business.

Prior to joining INTEBRIGHT, Ms. Zhang has worked as an in-house counsel in fashion industry which makes her using this diverse experience to apply different thinking and approaches to problem solving for the clients.
