Ms. Pan has extensive experience in various aspects of patent practice including patent mining, patent drafting and prosecutions, strategic counseling, freedom-to-operate, patent infringement analysis, and patent due diligence.  Ms. Pan primarily involved in technologies in computer hardware and software, telecommunications, e-commerce, business methods, algorithm, chip designs, automation, and etc.  Meanwhile, Ms. Pan is experienced in standards related patents including drafting and prosecuting patent applications related to standards and essential evaluations on patents.

Prior to starting private practice, Ms. Pan has valuable experience as an in-house IP counsel for years which gives her different views, not only from professional aspect but from business aspect as well, in counseling to the clients in filing patent applications strategically, due diligence, risk management and enforcement.
