LIN LIN GUAN
Ms. Guan has been primarily focus on trademark prosecution and protection, and her practice involves trademark search, registration, renewal and amendment, as well as major and complex cases such as trademark opposition, invalidation and cancellation. Before joining INTRBRIGHT, Ms. Guan served an in-house counsel in a local company where she gained extensive experience in business negotiations, contract reviews, and labor disputes. These positions deepened her understanding of the client’s commercial reality and goals, which provides a solid foundation for her work in trademark.
Ms. Guan worked at a community legal service center which funded by the Victorian State Government in Australia, where she offered legal advice and legal aid to community members. She has demonstrated excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities, successfully handling a variety of cases and disputes for diverse client groups. This experience not only enriched her professional knowledge but also cultivated her ability and enthusiasm for solving complex legal issues.
