Ms.Li has diverse experience working in multinational corporations and leading patent agencies. Ms.Li’s service targets include large state-owned enterprises, technology parks, large private enterprises, scientific research institutes, etc., involving a broad specturm of technology fields, such as communication, the Internet, integrated circuits, Medical equipment, Chemicals, Lithium Ion Battery Materials, etc.
Li Li has been engaged in intellectual property industry since 2000. Before founding Intebright, she worked for a multinational company, responsible for patent management, mining, and application of the communication team, and led the team to complete a number of highly valuable and innovative patent strategy reports for the company’s R&D or investment strategies. Later, she joined a well-known agency, initially providing patent drafting, application, invalidity, and standard essential patent evaluation for clients in the communication field. After a few years, she participated in the creation of the agency’s Shanghai branch, became a partner, focusing on semiconductor and software fields, and was committed to handling high-quality cases. In 2011, she created an intellectual property consulting team, which was spun off and independently operated one year later, and developed and launched intellectual property consulting products such as “Intellectual Property Strategy,” “Patent Risk Control,” “Patent Value Evaluation,” “Patent Layout & Portfolio,” and “Patent Intelligence,” with close to a thousand consulting projects being practiced.
