Fujiao has represented the clients of medical device, automotive and automation companies in patent drafting, prosecution, global portfolio development, and invalidity and FTO analyses.  Fujiao also frequently counsels innovative start-up clients on inventorship, designs and infringement disputes.

Prior joining INTEBRIGHT, Fujiao worked as an in-house IP attorney in developing patent portfolio and patent due diligence.
