Ms. Guo engaged in the intellectual property industry since 2010.  She focuses her practice on all aspects of patent law, including patent prosecution, counseling and patent dispute resolution.  Her areas of patent expertise include a variety of electrical and software-related technologies, including integrated circuit, artificial intelligence.  She is also well-versed in drafting patent applications, responding to office actions, requesting for patent reexamination and providing validity analysis, infringement analysis and FTO analysis.
