| Patent Agent/Patent Trainee | INTEBRIGHT LLP is a leading Chinese intellectual property firm serving clients across all technologies and industries, in China and around the world. At Intebright you will work on complex, innovative files with clients ranging from dynamic start-up companies to the world’s largest multi-national corporations. You will have the resources of a large law firm while practicing in a relaxed environment. Our firm provides the opportunity to work and learn alongside some of China’s best-known and experienced IP lawyers and agents and offers excellent training, resources, and a friendly and flexible working environment. We are currently looking for a highly motivated individual with an advanced degree in electrical, computer or mechatronics engineering to join us as a Patent Agent or Patent Agent Trainee. The ideal candidate will either be a registered Chinese Patent Agent with some experience in patent drafting and prosecution, or an engineer looking to become a patent agent, with a strong understanding of electrical and high-tech fields and an aptitude for learning new technologies. This position is based out of Intebright’s Shanghai office, where the candidate will be able to take advantage of our permanent hybrid workplace model. Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will either be a registered Chinese lawyer with some experience in trademark prosecution, with a strong understanding of trademark law.
